State level bber contest gear protocol

You’ll run all offseason stuff until about 8-10 weeks out.  And then start bringing in precontest stuff.  An example (doses can vary greatly from person to person) would be:

16-12 weeks out: offseason gear

12-10 weeks out: Start ephedrine/caffeine/yohimbine

10-8 weeks out
750-1000mg test
400mg EQ
350mg masteron
T3 (maybe)
Clen (maybe)
Arimidex/aromasin 3x a week

8-6 weeks out
750mg test
350mg masteron
350mg tren
25-50mg proviron
40mg anavar
adex/aromasin EOD
T3
Clen

6-2 weeks out
same as previous but increase proviron to 50-100mg
Winny can be added (sometimes helps reduce appetite)
Any other “hardening” things that you like can be added (halotestin for example)
adex/aromasin every day

GH would be run at the highest dose possible (up to 10iu/day…even more if really wanted) starting at 16 weeks out

The precontest formula is a little more varied as everyone responds to different compounds with different levels of appetite, energy, and water retention.  In the offseason, the goal is to add muscle without getting fat–so gear use is heavy and basic.  Precontest brings other issues into the mix.  For example, if something kills appetite….it can be a good thing precontest.

This is for a state level competitor–it’s tempting to push the doses higher if you’re at that level, but I can tell you right now that if you can’t walk through a state show with straight firsts on a cycle like this, then there’s no long term future of progression for you in the sport of bodybuilding.  Every pro bber would have walked through a state show with ease at these doses, and most of the top bodybuilders would have probably turn pro without a ton of difficulty at these levels.
