Flow down to Orlando this morning. My wife has a conference and I decided to fly down to hang out for the weekend.
got to the hotel and headed right to the gym. Supposed to be leg day, but my hips get really swollen when flying and I’ll need another day before I could train them so I ended up hitting shoulders and arms real quick
