Ryan Bidigare

5 weeks out of North American champs…Things are getting down to the nitty gritty.. Non Workout days 60 grams of carbs, training days 200 grams.

Fit into the level 1 sling shot to help with my shoulder and press some weight I haven’t been able to use in a while. Biggest obstacle still is incline movements. All and all I enjoyed using this for a couple of sets and might give another go soon.

Rev Pec Dec – 3 sets of 25 reps
supersetted w/ Band pull aparts 10-15 reps

DB flat press – (level one sling shot) 180 x 9, no sling 140 x 14 + two assist

Incline Rev Band BB press – 315 x 11, 315 x 6, 275 x 11

Machine Shoulder Press – 2 sets of 10 reps (both to failure, 2nd set reduced in weight )

Lying Cable Fly – 1 set x 20 rep

Bench Dips – (tricep) used body weight to failure 12 -16 reps, lock out hard on top
supersetted w/
One Arm Cable Ext – reached from back arm across body 10 -12 reps per arm

Cuff Crucifix Laterals –  2 sets x 15 reps

Toe Press – 2 sets of 20 -25 reps

Stretch Static – chest, delt, tricep, 90 seconds each

26 mins of cardio

post work out meal – 60 grams in egg whites, 100 grams in grits

Testing out the Reactive Sling to keep using off season 180s, 5 weeks out #TroponinNutrition #jeffsygo #symiphotography #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #iron #eatclean #ripped #grow #lifts #gains #pump #beastmode #strong #muscle #muscles #flex #fitfam #fitspo #train #fit #diet #fitness #gym #workout #gymrat #focus

About Ryan Bidigare

Bodybuilding student and hobbyist, born and raised in the Detroit area. After more than a handful of years living a breathing the stale gym air in order to bring enough muscle to the stage, started competing as a light Heavy at 30 years old in 2007. Joined Troponin Nutrition in August of 2017, which landed me in the 5th spot at the North American 40+ Super Heavy weights, best placing in a national show thus far. Now in 2018 at 42 after a 6 month off season, Justin Harris's strategies for lean tissue gain has put me into a perfect position bring the perfect balance in both size and conditioning (possible for myself) back to Pittsburgh on the North American stage. These are some of my last training sessions in this offseason's blast.
