After effect of the other day’s leg training was a win. No joint pain, great pump, exhausting and actually sore. Not that being sore is an indication of progress, but I feel I dug deep enough to wake up some old resting fibers of muscle.

Spider Crawls– 3 sets of up and down the wall 4 times, as far as I know the pioneer of this movement goes to Mountain Dog
