Ok, just finished 2 full rotations on this new program and some new movements thrown in.
Reminder its:
CHEST/BICEPS
LEGS
DELTS/TRICEPS
BACK
3 on 1 off repeat….
Nothing out of the ordinary in terms on fancy angles etc…just some movements I have not had in a program in a long while. Had me more sore than expected but felt great during the sessions.
I really like giving more attention to fewer muscles per workout in this program compared to the last where I was was doing more muscles each session.
Cruise is going just fine with strength climbing and still holding decent fullness…
