Ok just as a reminder I am doing Classic Physique but still trying to bring a good amount more muscularity on my frame at 6.1ft tall.
I am tracking well but we are starting to push things pretty hard…Here is my entire diet:
0C (veggies not counted)
850C + cheat meal last meal hitting at least enough to get me to 850.
As most who follow Justin’s diets know, we don’t count trace amounts of macros just added. I am also still having a few red meat meals so there is a bit more fat not count but something to remove when needed.
CYCLE…we are just about at peak amount of gear now and all the hardening agents are in:
750mg Test Sus
500mg Masteron P
500mg Tren Ace
1 OTC fat burner twice a day
5mg Yohimbine twice a day
0.25mg Caber twice a week
