The Reverse band Hacks were great given I have some patella issues on and off on my right knee.
This was the first time doing this much volume in about 2 years and I was fkn smoked afterward.
Leg extensions 4×15 Double drop last set
Leg Presses 4×20-25
Rev Banded Hacks 4×12
Lying Leg Curls 4×12,12,10,10 Double Drop
Seated Leg curls 4×10
BB Stiff Leg Deads 3×15
DB Walking Lunges 3×12/leg
Adductor superset Abductor Machine 3×15
20mins Recumbent Bike Intervals 1mins Hard/1mins Easy
