Post Turkey day leg pump was ridiculous. I’m about 6 hours after as I write this and I contemplating if I should attempt to get up again until Monday for work…

Walking lunges down and back
Donkey calf. DC style 130 x 10 150 x 9+4
trying to incorporate more volume into my routine as I step away from DC style training again. Everything is still heavy and I’m going to failure on last set or two but without all the rest pause sets. At least for legs and my aching 41 yr old knees
