Had to train at night instead of the morning because both of my boys and my wife are sick and didnt feel like sleeping Wednesday night. My 2 year old woke up at 8:30pm coughing and my wife was nice enough to hand him to me so he could puke all over me. Thanks.  So I canceled my podcast recording with Ashley Sneathen and helped my wife entertain my sick little man.

 

Delts (Thursday evening)

Dumbbell Side Lat 4 x 10 (last set triple drop with swings to absolute failure or until my shoulders fell off.)

Cable Rear lat 4 x 12-15 (last set drop set like above)

Behind the neck press 4 x 12, 10, 8, 6 (last set drop set 295 for 6, 275 for 6, 225 for 7, 135 for 15)

Dumbbell front raise 3 x 12

Machine side lat 3 sets (1st set 10 reps then 5 reps with 3 sec statics until reaching 35 reps total. 2nd and 3rd same but increased weight both times)

Rear delt machine 3 sets of 50 (everything counts as a rep. Get 50 no matter what)

TUT Machine Press 3 x 15
