Off day yesterday and it was much needed. My 22 month old son figured out how to get out of his crib and undue a door lock this weekend. Apparently my wife gave birth to Houdini.
Continuing with my pre exhaust theme for chest and delts this morning I did a few different things.
Chest
Cable Crossover OST 5x 15, 13, 13, 11, 9 ( 25 sec static)
Decline bench press (slingshot for safety) 4 x 12,10, 8, 6
Incline bench Elite FTS bar Press 4 x 15 (keep in bottom ROM)
DELTS
Dumbbell side lat 4 x 25, 25, 20, 20
Dumbbell rear lat 4 x 20, 20, 17, 14
Machine Press 2 x 15 (3,1,1)
Machine Press TUT 2 x 11 (3 reps, 4th rep is 4neg 7 pos then repeat to 11 total)
