Finally got myself in a good routine with my schedule change at work. Time to hit the gas. Still planning on June 2020 at Universe with a qualifier in May or Early June of that year. Currently at 250lbs and eating 6 meals daily with no cardio.
Chest
Cable crossover 3 x 8 last set to fail
Inc press 365 for 3 x 8,7,6 (rpe 8)
Machine press MR 6 x 4
Cable fly/machine press pump sets
2 x 20-30 each supersetted
Biceps
Seated DB curl 3 x 8 (rpe 8) 4th set to fail at 7 each
Concentration curl MR 6 x 6 each arm
DB preacher / DB Hammer pump sets
2 x 20-30 each supersetted
