Straight bar pushdown 3 x 12
Cable Single arm Preacher (superset)
Overhead DB Ext 2 x 30+ each arm to failure
EZ bar curls (superset) rev pushdown
2 x 20+ each (sets were done as 21s with 7 reps then 3 until failure)
