Nothing really new this morning. I did my cardio for yesterday last night at home on my treadmill. Biceps and triceps this morning. Again per the usual I went back and forth alternating between the two.
Preacher 1 arm cable 4 x 12,12,10, 8 (last set triple drop with 5 partials between drops)
Cable Pushdown 4 x 12,12,10,9 (last set triple drop with 5 partials between drops)
Incline Dumbbell curl 4 x 12,12,10, 9 (last set 5 count rest then go to failure then repeat til total failure)
Dumbbell overhead ext 4 x 12,10,10,7 (last set 5 ct in stretch position then go to failure and reapeat til total failure)
Spider curl 3 x 15
Superset Skull crusher with close grip tricep pushup 3 sets of 15 each
