Rope Standing pullover 60 x 15, 75 x 12 90x 9
Adductor Machine 135 x 10, 175 x 8 195 x 7 + 3 rest pause
Standing Leg Curl 25 x 10, 35 x 10 ,35 x 10, drop set 50 x 7, 35 x 8 , 25 x 7. All with 10 partials and a 10 sec static each drop
Seated Leg Curl Muscle Round 115 x6,6,6,6,3 95 x 8
Seated Leg Curl Pump set 75 x 28 (reverse 21s)
