Seated LC 120x 10, 8, 6

Leg Ext  215x 15, 11, 8

Squats  505x 7, 5, 415x 11

Hack squats. 3pps feet at bottom x 13, 11, 8

Leg press TUT  single leg 200 x 20 16 11 each

Lunges across gym 2x

Standing calf. Muscle Round 320 lbs 6 x 8
