My weight has been climbing this week..not really sure why, but I’m so sensitive to water that it just does that sometimes.
Im starting to hit close to 280 before bed and a 270 morning weight—which is where I really try to stay under these days. I don’t carry the size to be a “good 270,” so if im seeing that, I know it’s because I’m carrying weight I don’t need to.
either way—I’ll take advantage of the padding while I’m in the gym
