Justin Harris Low day

Low Day

Today is an off day from the gym (I’ll be coaching a softball game tonight), so it’s a low day for the diet.  My low days are super boring/basic right now–just meat and vegetables.

Meal 1:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

Meal 2:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

Meal 3:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

Meal 4:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

Meal 5:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

Meal 6:
8oz chicken
Shredded zucchini

My body weight is holding mid 260s, and I don’t expect it to change much.  I could push the diet harder, but I’m already starving and honestly can’t care enough about being leaner to eat less than I am now.  My med days are around 125g of carbs and my high days are around 600g of carbs (with less protein).  I should slowly drop down in body fat with this diet, but my calorie deficit isn’t any more than 300-500 Calories per day, so I won’t drop more than about a lb of fat per week….which should at least put me relatively lean when it’s time to get out on the boat in 6 weeks or so.

It depends on where I’m at in the year. For offseason, I’ll have as many as 3 high days a week, with any other training days as medium days and off days as low days. While dieting I’ll only have 1 high day per week.

Depends on the goals of the programs, but it starts with one high day per week, all other training days are med days, and off days are low days
