Not the best session. Really struggling with motivation on leg days right now. My knees aren’t letting me do anything fun, and even high rep non-stressful movements are extremely painful. I probably just pushed too far when they first started hurting bad. They’re not swelling up after sessions so I guess things are on the mend a little.
