Fun day today as I pushed the volume up a bit more on Chest, whilst feeling pretty good. Workout looked like this:
Standing Calves 3×12 Seth set final set
Seated Calve 3×30
Flat Hammer Strength Press 3×8-10, 1×12-15
Incline Smith Press 3×8-10, 1×12-15
Pec Deck 3×12 Seth set final set
Machine chest press 3×12 1 1/4 reps
Decline Machine press 3×8-12
Cable X Over 3×15-20
Tricep pressdowns 3×20
DB side laterals 1×25
3omins intervals (split 15 on stepmill and 15 bike)
Everything is moving pretty well and hit my lowest weight today 2 days prior to check ins.
I’m doing an infa red sauna once a week to ramp detoxification pathways…MANY speak highly about how much this aids fat loss due to lowering the toxic load on the body allowing it to burn fat better…It’s only 35mins on an OFF day so not hard to sit in a sauna.
