Weight is starting to tank but I only have 2 days until my HIGH day.  Woke up 221.4lbs today and that’s almost 5lbs in 4 days.

We have just added a fat burner.

I forget to add to the last post I am doing 20mins Intervals 5 times a week fasted and 4 PWO.
