Good sessions today … workout looking like this:
1 leg Standing calves (holding a plate) 3×10-15
Seated Cable Rows 1×8-10, 2×10-15
Hammer grip chins 3×6-10
1 arm DB Rows 1×8-10, 1×8-12 (I did this with the working side foot forward and it hit my lats WAY more..try it)
DB Pullovers 2×8-12
Bent over Smith Rows 1×8-10, 2×10-15
Mag grip pulldowns 2×8-12
DB rear delts 2×12-15
These are all work sets but only the last is to failure, which I may have mentioned in a previous post…
Few more weeks and prep will start. Justin and I discussed beginning prep by saturating glycogen stores and loading up/boosting metabolism to quote him directly…I didn’t find the need to argue with this haha.
Anyway few more weeks cruising but still pushing to gain as much tissue as I can here. Strength is increasing and weight going up a little so all is well.
