Trained BACK today whilst away for a few nights away from home during Xmas and found a local gym. Workout looked like this:
Underhand Pulldowns 4×12 Double drop last set. This was a super shit pulldown…sticky as hell.
Seated Cable Rows 4×10
Bent BB Rows 4×8…working through a neck/mid trap issue which is irritating me a little. Not enough to impair lifting but enough to piss you off whilst try to enjoy a workout.
Low Rows 4×12 Seth set
Dorian Deads 4×8
Straight arm pulldowns 3×15
Machine shrugs 3×20+
Pull ups 3 x failure … just wanted to see how fatigued I was and this was a good finisher.
