My Arnold Prep for Classic Physique

So as you all know the Arnold Australia was cancelled due to the current situation around he world and Australian government wanting to limit / reduce larger crowd gatherings understandably….However the event organise magically found a small venue are the last minute to run a national show as it was a pro qualifier and all the State show’s had been completed leaving a ton of athletes hanging for the opportunity.

Now at the qualifier (State titles) I entered Open and Novice in Classic Physique my priority was and always has been to beat my previous condition size etc which I did by a good mile and secondary is placing…I managed first call outs in the Novice category with a BLOODY stacked and good line up of about 20 competitors.  Not as lucky in Open as the guys were even better…..which didn’t phase me one bit.

I had a blast at this show and was over the moon with the package we brought despite not even peaking entirely for this show, as we aimed to peak for the Arnolds (nationals) but I pulled out of this and decided to book a shoot to peak for instead.  So still dieting hard this week running LOW days straight of the show (I got one cheat meal the night of the show) and will begin loading etc in 2 days time.  I booked the shoot for Sunday, same time as if I entered the second show!

The plan remains the same EXCEPT I get to do a shitload the morning prior to the shoot giving a little spill is not an issue, if anything better for shoot…so I quitely even more excited for this shoot.

Good plans offseason to thicken up further and develop some rounder muscle bellies at my damn tall height – slow and steady continuously improving show to show year by year.
