All the fat burning agents are now in and titrating up…cardio is decent at 30mins Intervals 5 fasted and 4 PWO.

Cable skull crushers 4×12 superset Single arm DB preacher curl 4×12
Dip machine 4×12 superset BB curl 4×8
Overhead Rope extensions superset DB Hammer curl 4×20
15mins Stepmill 15mins Bike
