Things are moving along very well and big changes are happening almost daily now…had a substantial weight drop since adding more fat burners (t3 and clen) down 4lbs the first week and I was much flatter so we went for an unlimited HIGH day which worked well.
We did make any adjustments from the 10 week out mark plan, but clen is still titrating up to the 100mcg mark so I expect I will see a nice drop in fat this week. Training is going very well and still improving with quality and strength…I will ride this as hard as I can into the show but ultimately don’t plan on “going lighter” just because it’s harder to manage heavier loads.
I think it’s pretty well agreed that people should keep their training style as consistent as possible in prep to maintain there muscle. A few have asked if I am going start doing supersets and more volume with less weight now…NO!
Check in weight was 208lbs (flat as hell…I weighed 211lbs today 2 days after the HIGH day).
10 cardio sessions at 22mins each all HIIT 1min high/1min low…6 on a stairmaster and 4 post workout on a bike.
Almost all off the goodies are in now in terms of gear with Anavar yet to be added and I will be switching from EQ to Masteron now also.
9 weeks to bring my best ever and we are on track!
