Some big changes this past week..really starting to see the fat come off now and more muscle showing which is pleasing…well and truly out of that skinny fat stage haha. The new muscle gained in the off season has done wonders not only externally but internally as well…being able to eat more food than last prep is welcoming.
We are still running an unlimited HIGH day once each week as I am still responding well week to week from the metabolic kick and fill out.
Some tweaks at 7 weeks out made by Justin:
Cardio up from 22 mins to 30mins … still moderate HIIT (I call it moderate because the HIGH portion been 1 min you really can’t go too hard to maintain intensity VS say 15s where you would go all out and die)….From the years of various cardio regimes I find that the happiest medium albeit fukn hard.
T3 up to 50mg
OTC fat burner double in dosing…Due to an early wake up (4am) I am able to spread this out over 3 doses….2 tabs upon waking prior to cardio…1 mid morning after training 3 clients then another pre workout around 1pm. Fits well..
Minor drop in food.
Should see even nicer changes moving forward…
