Sup guys,
Ok under 6 weeks and feeling the pinch a bit more now…energy wavering etc. Training is going damn good considering and I’m even more motivated than normal due to the daily changes. Iv’e also moved house into my in-laws whilst we build a new home so I changed gyms which was more invigorating that I anticipated…good change up.
Met with my posing coach today and went through the mandatories which I’m good with then we put together a 60s routine to music which I’m required to do…pretty happy with how it turned out. I won’t say I’m awesome at posing but I’m not bad…plenty of practise ahead the next fews naturally. Due to doing “Classic Bodybuilding” we picked all classic poses…suites my structure and shape much more.

Cardio is at 30mins HIIT 6 fasted and 4 PWO.
Gear is still Test/Tren/Mast/Var and we will add Halo soon 🙂
Diet is 270P 60C 42F
