MAKE OR BREAK TIMES FOR PREP!!! 4 WEEKS FROM QUALIFIER AND 5 FROM THE ARNOLDS.
So if I am honest I felt a tad behind and a couple people got in my ear about it BUT wasn’t overly worried cuz I trust Justin and the process.
Every prep is and has been that little bit different so it’s not always the exact same approach…this spin we are pushing a bit harder on the diet and the cardio but I seem to have made a drastic change in the last week and coming in quite well.
Current going all out and the plan is as follows:
LOW day: 300P 0C 0F
MED day: 300P 50C 0F
HIGH day: 220P 850C+cheat
I do have 2 Flank Steak meals on a LOW day and 1 on a MED day which obviously has some fats.
Cardio is 30mins Intervals + 15mins LISS followed immediately 6 times a week and another 30mins Intervals post workout/afternoons.
Pushing hard and I will definitely come in my absolute best given the changes I have made recently…here’s hoping 😉
I’ve also sorted out my posing routine which looks pretty good and I can do well with ease…picked about 16 poses by the time we finished them all in 45seconds all we are allowed this show.
