4 Days out now and last of the major hard work is done….Tomorrow I will wake up, take my supps etc and hop on a bike for my last cardio session before starting the first LOADING day. It’s pretty damn good knowing that’s coming right now lol.
So this is what the next 72hrs are gonna look like with the final day/s tentative to change depending on my blood glucose and how I am filling out etc…Most should have a slight insight into how Justin monitors blood glucose whilst loading carbs etc to prevent spill over. I fly out tomorrow mid morning at 10:45am from Melbourne to the Gold Coast where the show is…it’s a short 2hr flight so there shouldn’t be a major issue water wise. Regardless, I will perform a light UPPER body workout as soon as I land/drop bags off at the apartment etc to drive any lingering water into the muscle.
(LOAD) Thursday: 600C, 210P spread over 6 meals..10L water
(LOAD) Friday: 600C, 210P spread over 6 meals..8L water
(DRY OUT) Saturday: 255C, 240P 126F spread over 6 meals..8L water
Sunday: No hard set plan just yet….
I am in the best shape of my life so very happy with what we have achieved so far…not to really hit my best on stage and hopefully do well.
