Sitting pretty good at this point, having made some serious progress this past couple weeks. I seemed to have caught up quite well which is damn motivating whilst cardio is at an all time high and calories so low – the progress is enough to make you feel awesome.
Cardio is now at 6 fasted sessions at 30mins intervals followed by 15mins of LISS (which is not that bad – it actually feels like a cool down comparatively) as well as 6 of these PWO.
Diet is the same as the last post (if listed) – basically no energy nutrients 3 LOW days and 50 carbs on MED days…Obviously 1 NICE HIGH day which higher than all previous preps.
Training has been a bro split since 12 weeks out and the first time running this since 2017 which was the only time I have every really ran one and funny enough looked my best. It’s pretty clear to me and many others that what works best, ie the basics such as this has lost popularity amongst the masses hence the higher frequency and lower volume training – NOW having said this if you progress best on this and love it and motivated to do it, that’s what you want but this past several weeks doing a standard split moderately high volume has had me looking my absolute best compared to all preps. Whilst I say this, there is always a chance I will move back to a PPL split or something in future for a change up lol.
Feeling good and motivated as hell at this point under 3 weeks out now 🙂
