Things are moving real well now…dropped another 5lbs this past week and just under 200lbs now. Looking much harder/sharper/drier etc…but strength is still up/climbing thankfully.
I was considering changing my training up a little over the next 4 weeks but realised its not a wise given it’s working well.
LEGS today looked like this:
Rotary Calves 3×25
Abductor/Adductor super set 2×12-15
Seated Leg Curls 1×8-10, 1×12-15
Paused Duck Feet Leg Presses 1×12-15, 1×15-20
Smith Squats 1×6-10, 1×12-15
Leg extensions 2×12-15
Walking DB Lunges 1×20
Glute kick back machine 2×10-12
No Cardio today…
Mega HIGH day today…6 main meals at 100g whole carbs with another 50-100 sugary each. Last meal is a cheat meal…this has been doing wonders for fat loss…very grateful 😉
