Ok, on the home stretch now and the only tweaks Justin has made was to reduce T3. It’s flattening me out a bit too quick but fat loss is on track to be at my best condition I believe. I still have a bit to pull off this coming week/s so certainly not taking my foo off the pedal.
Training, I am still aiming to match or beat numbers but mainly via more reps keeping the same load or even perfecting sets with the load and most importantly using the muscle to do so…the biggest issue with progressive overload, which has been mentioned several times over is people chasing numbers and just end up using their body (joints, etc). SO if it means backing off a little to preserve tissue I will…but I havn’t had to yet. I may have dropped a rep or so here and there nothing major.
So end of this week , after my final HIGH day I will send Justin pics at the 7 day out mark for him to draw up the final week/72hrs in particular. The start of the week is a bit of depletion running a couple LOW days in a row before the 72hr mark and I will post exactly what we end up doing, depending where my body is at at the time (hopefully well conditioned etc).
I’m in pretty high spirits generally speaking, as I have gotten some awesome feed back from a few well respected bodybuilders regarding the improvements in new tissue since my 2017 shows and my current condition. The event organiser is a well known coach here, was happy to take a look at me today and was very impressed with my overall look, muscle mass etc… He is confident I will do very well at this show in the Classic Bodybuilding class which is my target…I have entered open class 1 as well but unsure the size of the guys entering. Having said that, condition beats pure mass most of the time so let’s see.

Hey what weight did you have to make ?

No weight limit in this show thankfully…making weight last prep absolutely wiped me having to limit food and dehydrate a week prior.
