Hey Guys,
Ok time is flying and already at the 12 week out mark. Since starting prep Iv’e dumped a ton of fat and muscles seem to be looking a bit fuller and rounder which is motivating…the skinny fat stage is closing to and end somewhat lol.
I seem to be getting depleted pretty early in the week so Justin bumped my food up this week. I was also getting a bit run down running the 4 on, 1 off split I did all Offseason so have decided go back to some Old School bodybuilding bro split over 5 days giving me an extra rest day and well more attention to each muscle from more volume which I’m enjoying a lot.
It will probably look like this….

DELTS
ARMS
BACK (HIGH DAY)
OFF
Cardio is at 5 x 20mins fasted and 4 x 20mins PWO.
I started at about 240lbs end of the Glycogen load and was 227.5lbs this morning.
